Declining or withdrawing does not change your booking or gift eligibility. Text replies other than opt-out/help requests are not monitored for travel service. Selecting a choice does not guarantee that a communication program is available.

Notice at collection: We record your name, phone number, selected and unselected choices, the wording and version displayed, date and time, form and transaction reference, IP address, and browser information to administer your choices, provide requested communications, prevent misuse, and document consent or withdrawal. Browser information describes the browser; it does not verify your identity or ownership of the number. We retain this evidence for five years after collection, its last use, or withdrawal, whichever is later, and longer only when needed for a legal obligation or dispute.
