Guests are required to attend an informational resort preview presentation during their stay in Orlando.
You must be at least 23 years of age or older and verbally confirm that you are gainfully employed.
We do not include transportation to and from or while in Orlando and recommend that you book your flights in advance.
Check in at the front desk and provide the clerk with your name, photo identification, and a credit card for incidentals and deposit.
Some hotels might place a temporary charge on your credit card when you arrive to protect against damage or loss. As long as the room is not damaged and the furniture, fixtures, and linens stay in the room, the hotel will refund it shortly after you check out.
If you selected a hotel that charges resort fees or cleaning fees, you are responsible for paying those fees directly to the hotel when you arrive, including local state tax.
To avoid additional fees: Arrive at the presentation on time and qualify based upon our Terms & Conditions. If you do not attend the presentation or do not qualify for the presentation, an additional fee of $500 will be charged to your credit card.
Your 2 Universal Studios Florida™ tickets will be issued after the completion of your required presentation.
