Our Refund Policy

We offer a wide-variety of travel products. Below are the refund policies for each of our products.

Package Deals

For Package Deals that are purchased and a hotel reservation has been confirmed:

Due to the promotional nature of our Package Deals, they are non-refundable. If you cannot make your reservation or if you need to change your dates, contact us at least 6 business days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a change fee.

For Package Deals that are purchased and a hotel reservation has not been confirmed:

We offer a 14-day review period (or applicable by your state). The review period begins from the moment of purchase and shall continue for 13 calendar days thereafter. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked or emailed by the final day of the review period. If you make a hotel reservation and later wish to cancel your package within the review period, a $150 room cancellation fee will apply. This fee does NOT apply if you have not selected your dates, and you have not made a hotel reservation. We do not refund processing and setup fees.

Show & Attraction Tickets

*All shows in Las Vegas are currently closed and are not available to purchase.

Show & Attraction tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged. All show & attraction ticket sales are final.

Hotel Rooms

Hotel rooms that are not part of a Package Deal (purchased separately or à la carte):

Contact us at least 6 business days before your arrival to make changes or cancel your hotel reservation to avoid a fee.

Car Rentals

Car rental reservations are non-refundable. Contact us at least 6 business days before your scheduled pick-up time if you need to make changes to your car rental reservation.
