Our Refund Policy

Learn more about our Refund Policy including when we make exceptions and when we do not.

Travel Products, including hotel rooms, hotel deals, package deals, show tickets, attraction tickets, rental cars, or any other product that you purchase from us, are non-refundable. "Non-refundable" means that we will not issue you a refund - with limited exceptions. In some cases, we might be able to issue you an "eCredit". To learn more about eCredits, please see the eCredit section below. Situations whereas exceptions may or may not be granted are listed below.

Before you buy, our Refund Policy is listed in the "Fine Print" section of each product and in the Footer of our website. It is your responsibility to review our Refund Policy and make sure that you are comfortable with the policy before you buy. By purchasing on our website, you are acknowledging that you agree to our Refund Policy. In certain circumstances, we might require you to acknowledge that you agree to our Refund Policy with your digital signature. You may request a copy of this Agreement at any time.

We do not make exceptions to this policy for the following reasons:

  • Unexpected illness and injuries (including COVID-19)
  • Jury Duty
  • Court Appearances
  • Military Obligations
  • Travel Advisories (such as winter storms, hurricanes, and tornadoes)
  • Flight, Rental Car, or other transportation-related cancellations
  • Lost, expired, or invalid identification or other travel documents
  • Personal circumstances

  • We do make exceptions to this policy for the following reasons:

  • Changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by the government that prevent you to travel to or from the destination. This does not include situations whereas your travel documents are lost or expired.
  • Local or national emergencies declared by the government
  • Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.
  • Natural disasters, acts of god, significant outages of essential utilities such as municipal water or electricity, and tsunamis. This does not include weather that is common in a particular location - for example, hurricanes during hurricane season in Florida or tornadoes during tornado season in the midwest.

    eCredits

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, we will issue you an eCredit for the value of the reservation, minus any cancellation fees (if applicable). The eCredit can be redeemed toward a future hotel reservation on our website.

If you cannot make your reservation or if you need to change your dates, please contact us to begin the process of receiving an eCredit (if applicable).
